The Braiding Bridge
Guided Converstions
For those ready to listen more deeply to what their spirit is asking.
There is a moment when reflection turns into readiness.
You have talked about the shift, thought about it, maybe written about it, but now something in you wants to move.
This isn’t therapy or traditional coaching; it’s a guided process of remembering who you are, so your life can feel like it belongs to you again, and to listen to what your spirit is saying and begin to re-braid what has been separated.
We look at what has come undone in work, relationships, or identity, and begin to understand what is being called forward.
How it works
Each session is a dialogue, not a diagnosis.
You bring your questions, resistance, or restlessness.
We explore what is surfacing and how to bring your life, leadership, and spirit into alignment again.
Some people come once. Others come for a season of work.
There is no fixed structure, only an invitation to deepen as you are ready.
Format: Online
Length: 60–75 minutes
Cost: By donation, within your means
Space for individual conversations is limited so that each person can receive thoughtful attention and care. If this work resonates, you are invited to reach out to express your interest, and we’ll find a time that feels right to begin.
Optional Pathways
If you wish, we can explore:
Ancestral and Cultural Context
Sometimes what feels like restlessness or uncertainty isn’t about the present at all. It’s the echo of old stories — the patterns, silences, or disconnections that shaped the generations before us.
In this pathway, we explore how lineage and belonging live in your body and choices. You will have space to look at your own ancestral stories and your relationship to land and spirit.
My own learning has been guided by Métis and Anishinaabe Elders who remind me that reconnection begins with listening. In this space, we use reflective tools drawn from that way of learning to help you see what has been lost or hidden, and how it can begin to return.
Leadership Realignment
Many people feel the tension between what they believe in and how they are expected to lead, build, or create. In this pathway, we bring what is shifting inside you into conversation with the systems and relationships you are part of.
We explore how to make decisions and hold responsibility in ways that honour both clarity and connection.
This is not about stepping away from leadership. It is about leading in a way that feels ethical, grounded, and whole.
These are gentle pathways, not separate programs. They unfold naturally through the conversation itself.
Why This Work Matters
Disconnection does not heal through more doing. It heals through remembering.
Through slowing down long enough to listen, to reconnect, and to choose differently.
