Raelene Bergen is a proud Indigenous woman of Red River Métis descent, a speaker, author, and advisor who has spent more than a decade helping people and organizations lead with confidence, connection, and integrity. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University, a Strategic Intervention certification from the Robbins Madanes Institute. She is the Founder and CEO of Origin Leadership Consulting, an Indigenous-owned and led business working across Turtle Island.

She is regularly invited into Indigenous and underserved communities to support culturally grounded initiatives, guided by the principles of responsibility, accountability, and relationship. In all of her work, whether with individuals or organizations, Raelene prioritizes cultural safety, teaching, and respect in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics.
